Daniel Levy the Tottenham Hotspur chairman had this to say about Harry Kane, his legendary status and being trophy.
It’s almost another summer and one thing has remained constant over the past couple of years in the summer transfer window; a Harry Kane transfer speculation.
The chairman of the club, the shrewd Daniel Levy has taken time out to give
his thoughts on the situation of Tottenham Hotspur all time top scorer, Harry Kane at the club and what the future holds for the player. He was particular about trophies, Kane’s legendary status. He had this to say:
Harry Kane can absolutely win a trophy at Spurs, but being a legend is also important. I hope one day there is a statue of Harry outside our stadium. The fact that he’s top scorer of Spurs, he’s making history.
Kane was close to joining Manchester City in the summer of 2021 but the deal did not see the light of day. French giants, PSG have made the mercurial forward their key signing in attack for the summer transfer window.
Do you see Kane leaving Spurs this summer?
Or will he stay and do the unthinkable with Tottenham?
