The FIFA Club World Cup 2025 will mark a significant shift in the tournament’s structure, featuring a total of 32 teams for the first time. This new format brings together the best clubs from six different football confederations, with UEFA and CONMEBOL holding the highest number of qualifying slots.
A total of 12 teams from UEFA and six from CONMEBOL have secured their places, while the remaining spots are distributed across AFC, CAF, CONCACAF, and OFC, as well as a host nation representative from CONCACAF.
