It happens to everyone. At one point or another, you’re tired of the way you’ve been living your life and you want to make some positive changes.

Though there’s no such thing as a perfect life, but there are small ways to help you create your Real life.

If you feel like you’ve been going down a wrong path that you’re not necessarily proud of by living a fake life, there’s a way for you to change it, but it has to start with you.

So let’s get down to the ways on how to create your Real life.

If you don’t have a dream, how are you going to make a dream come true?

Oscar Hammerstein II

John C. Maxwell defines a dream as an inspiring picture of the future that energizes your mind, will and emotions, empowering you to do everything you can to achieve it.

A dream worth pursuing is a picture and blueprint of a person’s purpose and potential. Or as Sharon Hull says, “A dream is the seed of possibility planted in the soul of a human being, which calls him to pursue a unique path to the realization of his purpose.”

Dreams allows us to create our own perception about ourselves and who we want to be which allows us to act appropriately to achieve them.

If you don’t have a dream already, look for one and write it down somewhere you can see it daily.

Just having Dreams is wonderful, but it is not enough. To make your dreams come true you must also have a well defined goal which is the step-by-step blueprint of how you want to make your dream come to reality.

  1. Ask yourself these questions and write down the answers.
  • What do I want to do?
  • Who do I want to be?
  • What do I want to have?
  • Where do I want to go?
  1. Put the number of years or months you believe it will take for you to achieve or acquire each of the items in your goal.
  2. Come up with daily, monthly, weekly, monthly and yearly plans to achieve them.

“Those who are successful in an field are the goal setters, they have a desire to achieve that is coupled with discipline” – Larry Burket.

So clearly define your goals.

“One action is more valuable than a thousand good intentions.” – John Mason.

Some people don’t know what they want to do, so they do nothing, while others know what they want to do, but still do nothing.

If you spend a lot of time going to seminars, reading, and learning about what they want to do, but never actually take any action on what you learn you’ll never live your  Real life.

Everyone has the ability to take action. It doesn’t take money or experience to create your Real Life except for the desire and willingness to go ahead and do something.

Just take daily action on you goals to live your Real life and you’ll be amazed at the result you’ll have.
