Tiwa Savage, the Nigerian singer, has lent her vocals to the song “One Heart (Can Change the World)” for the upcoming animated film Ozi: Voice of the Forest.
The award-winning songstress announced her involvement in the production via Instagram on Tuesday, also revealing that the song will be released on August 16.
“Title Song ‘One Heart’ (Can Change The World) from Ozi: Voice of the Forest out on August 16th!” Savage wrote.

Ozi: Voice of the Forest tells the inspiring story of an orphaned orangutan on a mission to save her home from deforestation. Produced by Leonardo DiCaprio and Mike Medavoy, the film features an all-star voice cast including Amandla Stenberg, Dean-Charles Chapman, Urzila Carlson, Laura Dern, Djimon Hounsou, Donald Sutherland, RuPaul Charles, and Hugh Bonneville.
Savage’s foray into animation follows a similar move by Yemi Alade, who is set to perform the theme song for Lion Forge Entertainment’s upcoming Nigerian superhero animation, Iyanu.
Tiwa Savage has also established herself as one of the leading figures in the Nigerian music scene, earning numerous awards throughout her career. Recently, she expanded her artistic horizons by venturing into film production, releasing her debut movie *Water & Garri* in May.
Before her cinematic debut, the singer revealed that acting was her first love, but she ultimately pursued a career in music.
